We realized yesterday our water was not hot. Called Voss brothers as soon as they opened 8:00. Tony was here by 9 and new water heater installed by 10:45. Amazing service. Very impressed by Tony. He was polite, knowledge, asked if I had questions. He did all the leg work. Removal of old, installed new, obtained permits. Called city to schedule inspection. Highly recommend Voss Brothers.

Initially got matched up with this company through our home warranty company; when I had an additional issue come up before the scheduled appointment I reached out to Voss. Their attitude and disrespect was appalling. After saying they don’t work with the home warranty company I asked if they could still come out and they said yes. The appointment time came and went and they just no call no showed. Voss Brothers engages in exploitative practices. They significantly overcharge for their services, billing for over two hours of work for tasks that take only 20 minutes. That has happened to us for many times and despite our several conversations, they’ve not made any changes. Their behavior is unprofessional and discourteous. I absolutely will not recommend their services.

Voss Bothers Plumbing are the best in town. They show up on time, get the job done, and are very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend them for all plumbing issues. Great work!!
