The quality of their work was outstanding, and they made the entire process seamless by working directly with my insurance company- even securing additional coverage for damage discovered during repairs. Just received my vehicle back, so will update if there are any issues found with the work, but I do not anticipate any. Everything is great at this time! Communication about any delays due to supplements being needed was good, employees were very polite and the work looks great. The repair area's paint even looks better than the factory, with no noticeable orange peel at all. If you need collision work done, this is the place! I work at a school and we have a Collision Repair shop. The teacher gave me a quote, and the quote I got from Vogel was the same! Proves they are honest! They fixed my car and even fixed a corner bumper where someone had nicked me 3 weeks after I got my car! Also was impressed and appreciative they cleaned the inside of my car!
I've used Vogel's Collision for a number of repairs. They are professional and courteous. They always keep me informed from start to finish. They complete the work on time, on budget and I've never had any issues afterwards. I highly recommend them.
