Nelson was prompt, courteous, efficient and helpful with making our selections for shades. The pricing was discounted and sales were shared. He told us about a new energy credit that will be available with the purchase. He also correctly demonstrated how to use a previously purchased shade mechanism. Nelson's expertise is worth the expense. Just one blind in the living room covers a 5-light bay window and keeps the temperature of the room at a much more comfortable level. Like them so much, we ordered more.
I was so impressed with the product and the process itself. Nelson came out to my home to discuss what I had in mind and to show me the options. Once decided, he measured and gave me a price for the product and installation before he left that day. He worked with me to keep the cost within my budget. Within 3 weeks, he and his assistant returned to install them. The whole experience was seamless. This was customer service at its very best! The new gorgeous blinds have transformed my bedroom.
We have now purchased 9 blinds from Vertical Elegance and dealt with Nelson Zimmer (owner) both times. We have installed new blinds in our sun room and living room. With the high cost of blinds today you expect excellent quality, excellent service (pre & post sales) and a competitive price. Without a doubt Nelson and his company's staff have met each of these criteria above expectations.
