Five stars. I had the best experience at an eyecare facility that I have ever had. Everyone, from the receptionists to the prep technician, to Dr. Herrera, were exemplary. Incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional all at the same time. Dr. Herrera diagnosed the causes of my failing eyesight, recommended a treatment procedure, and referred me to an eye surgeon, and Valley Eye Care even called that Dr.'s office to refer me for treatment. Thanks for denying my insurance it seems it never fails as soon as I find someone to accept my insurance they drop it by the next time I need glasses, it’s not easy to find a place to get glasses, the ones I have I got from you and they are a hazard for me as they have been glued over and over and don’t sit right on my face. I have gone to them for years and have had a few problems. Last time I went I had a lot of trouble with my new glasses. Turned out they put the lenses on the wrong sides. Then they were too strong and made me dizzy, they said my eyes would adjust. Adjusted frames because they hurt me. Eyes didn’t adjust. Back again. They decided prescription was too strong so sent back for new lens. Came back, they still hurt. Came back again, still hurt. Now I don’t wear them and I now need the stronger prescription. Just wanted to take a minute and write a review for this wonderful place. The online booking made it super simple to pick an appointment that worked with my schedule. Doctor herrera was fantastic for my first time appointment with this office. Very professional and made everything super simple. I could order my contacts and even have them shipped directly to my house. Definitely Will be keeping them as my primary eye doctor from here on out.
I still like having a choice. Yes, it's streamlined, but what if I want to shop around? Tell me about the glasses in the lobby like people don't notice, but no, I like to compare prices and style. You are one of few providers who actually take VSP and the location is easy to find.
