My doctor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout my visit. I believe one of my contact lens prescriptions may not be correct, but I’m confident this will be addressed at my follow-up appointment. I've been going to Vally Eye and Vision Clinic for years and will continue to do so. The doctor knows his stuff! He was very patient with me, and we finally got a solution to my problem. As with any business, the staff is forever changing. They continue to hire great employees which is very important to me. Thank you!
Everything was perfection EXCEPT... the cost of frames ridiculously high with all the alternative options these days. STARTING price of $250 is crazy... especially for kids that need 2 pair just to make it a year... Exam portion awesome. We will keep coming for exam but seek alternative methods for purchasing hardware.
always a pleasure. the turnaround time for my son's contacts from order to delivery to pick up was faster than I thought. they were very affordable the staff was very nice and gave me the information I needed after insurance coverage stopped covering his contacts. so in summary very knowledgeable staff very clean building bright inviting lots of glasses to choose from if you're the glasses wearing tight. best part is the right next to movie theater what better way to test your glasses out after picking up a new pair then go ... read more
The customer service up front was great everything was great besides while I had to wait in that room for 22min and no doctor came in. I've been wearing glasses for 20 years and never once waited in a room for more than 5 to 8mins. I walked out, because there is no reason to have to wait that long, while i hear him bullshitting next door.
