Very professional men. I’ve never had any problems with them . They are very polite . They get things done at a timely manner. I called them in the middle of the night because my heat was out and they lost sleep to come and fix the problem. I would recommend valex property management over any other property management company

Vince has been excellent. I blindly reached out to him while snowbirding in Florida. My pipes and tank less water heater froze and broke. I gave him my combination code, he entered my home gave me estimates and got the job done so I had a home with water and hot water to come home to. This was a scary situation to put into the hands of a complete stranger but he knocked it out of the park. We have a bathroom renovation and addition booked for this summer. He is officially "my guy" from here on out.
