Awesome visit. Staff was especially nice and attentive. My 1st contact was with Ms. Cynthia over the phone. She was very patient and went above & beyond to assist with all my questions and got me the next available appointment. When I arrived the rest of the staff made me feel very welcomed. The wait time was short and the doctor took time to listen before the exam. After the exam he answered all my questions and we scheduled a follow-up appointment. Great Staff, enjoyed doctor Parker he was nice, straightforward and to the point. Only iss I had was how long it took. My appointment was at 2:15pm and I didn't get back to a room to see the doctor until 4:00pm. Long wait but outside of that I had no issues with anything else.
A few procedural things were done wrong but the biggest thing is the lack of interest that the doctor paid to the patient. We’ve never met the man and it’s been over 2 years since the patient was able to make it to the office. The doctor acted like he was in a hurry and had zero interest in the patient. We won’t be back. Follow up visit for semi annual labs for urology visit. In past couple years visited with PA Brad Ridge. However, since he has left the practice, I requested a follow up with my primary urologist Dr Parker because of a question I had more related to a procedure that Dr Parker did for me back in 2021. The visit went well and related to the question I had for Dr Parker, he suggested setting up a simple procedure within next couple weeks to check it out. Outstanding service. The young lady who drew my blood was very professional. I never even felt the needle stick. She was the best phlebotomist I have ever had.
