I went into the office to give a blood sample for an upcoming doctor's visit. The woman at the front desk was pleasant and directed me to a seating area. A technician very quickly called me to the lab to give a blood sample. She was quick and not too painful. I was out. in less than 30 minutes. Bill

I was seen without delay with. Dr Shalese Aycock. She addressed my condition with professionalism She address my Lab results and ensured my medication was sent to the pharmacy while I was there. She was polite and handled herself as a professional with much concern.

My first time there to see Dr. Aycock. She was great! Spent the necessary time with me without making me feel rushed. I love that she listens to your input and works with you to come up with a plan vs dictating how your treatment will go. Very knowledgeable and the "pleasure was all mine" to meet her.

I met Doctor Losee for the first time on October 7th, and was quite impressed by his knowledge and professional demeanor. The staff at SGMC Urology seemed as usual cooperative and polite.

Dr. Losee and his staff are extremely professional. I walked in the office not knowing what to expect, but Dr. Losee addressed all my concerns. I had to wait a little to see him, but when I was with him, he took the time to talk with me like I was the only patient there. By the time I left I knew and understood his plan of care and next steps to address my issues. Thank you Dr. Losee and staff for your dedication and professionalism.
