I visited urgent care for pain that I have been experiencing for over a week. They took X-rays & later stated that they could not do anything for me & I ended up going to the EDR, & they helps me immensely.
My 2 year old woke up this morning in hives on his legs arms and hands . I took him straight to urgent care because they are always fast with getting you to the back to be examined . Scott , nurse practitioner was who saw us . He was amazing . Very sweet kind and gentle with my baby. He took this outbreak very seriously and covered all options and possibilities with me . I arrived at Urgent Care with back problems and was treated professionally and with much concern. A shout out to the people in lab and radiology for their gentle process and quick response, and thank you Bryson Lee for your recommendations, follow up, and excellent description of my problems. I recommend Urgent Care to anyone seeking medical assistance. Well done and best wishes to all of you at the clinic.
I took my daughter here due to her regular doctor office was having problems with their system and her ear was causing a lot of pain. The staff were all nice. We were in and out within an hour, probably less..
The office staff in nurse were very nice and professional. I was very disappointed in the overall experience though. No effort was made to diagnose my problem other than to rule out a chipped bone. I was told “it may be this, it may not be this” and it may go away, or you may have it for the rest of your life. I will be seeing another physician to get a diagnosis and a treatment plan.
