I visited urgent care for pain that I have been experiencing for over a week. They took X-rays & later stated that they could not do anything for me & I ended up going to the EDR, & they helps me immensely.
I arrived at Urgent Care with back problems and was treated professionally and with much concern. A shout out to the people in lab and radiology for their gentle process and quick response, and thank you Bryson Lee for your recommendations, follow up, and excellent description of my problems. I recommend Urgent Care to anyone seeking medical assistance. Well done and best wishes to all of you at the clinic.
Staff were kind and understanding about a missing insurance card, and went above and beyond to look me up and find it. Immediately seen with no appointment when other urgent cares were days out. Check-in was fast and establishment was very clean. A hidden gem for sure.
The level of care, concern , professionalism, and courtesy shown during our visit was beyond exceptional. Wait time was minimal, the true source of my husband’s knee pain was identified, and we were given the appropriate plan of care. We couldn’t have asked for better care from entry to exit. Fast Med Urgent Care stopped accepting my insurance so I went over to Down East. This place is actually better than Fast Med. The staff was friendly and also, it was cleaner in there. Also, a much shorter wait time. Go to Down East for all your medical needs. You'll be glad you did!
