So grateful to have stumbled upon Urban Paw after adopting my pup 2 years ago. We've had such good experiences that she loves going in. Dr. Dick is super knowledgeable, kind, caring and has guided me through the joys and challenges of a growing pup. They have performed wonderful care including Spay Surgery, Giardia/upset tummy bouts, emergency stitches in her paw and everything in between. Can not recommend this entire team from front desk to vet techs and doctors enough.
I really can't say enough good things about this place! Everyone is incredibly kind and attentive. Our vet is Dr. Dick and he never fails to go above and beyond every time I bring my German Shepherd Toby in to see him - he is truly an amazing human and vet. We brought our dog in that had previously ingested Advil and was experiencing severe, acute kidney injury. We had just finished up three days at an emergency pet hospital and remained extremely concerned about long term impacts and what this meant for her moving forward. Dr. Dick and Dr. Fitzpatrick are two wonderful humans and I love the care that I received at Urban Paw. I recently went in because my little Bella just turned 18 a couple of months ago and had been struggling with kidney disease. I had to help her cross the rainbow bridge a week after my first visit and I knew I wanted to go back there because of the care I had the first time. Dr. Fitzpatrick and the staff at Urban Paw are caring, professional, and my dogs actually like going to vet! I have had nothing but a great experience, from minor concerns like a tic check, to having their teeth cleaned for a full dental exam and extractions; I have complete trust and confidence with Urban Paw caring for Wrigley and Geroge.
