Well qualified, capable family practice thats exceeds the needs of my family. Finally a comfortable office that you miss visiting, instead of dreading the next visit. Would give Upstate Medical Associates FIVE BIG STARS and tell anyone to contact the office to set up a visit. If you have a current physican, change is a good thing. Don't blame me if you get addicted to the wonderfully inviting environment of great people.
The staff at the front desk at this practice are the worst unprofessional rudest people I have ever met. They violate your privacy by asking personal questions in front of the entire staff and other patients about why you want to see a Dr. that should be totally private between you and your physician. When you refuse to answer such personal questions they begin to be sarcastic and try to belittle you in front of everyone. When did the receptionist start policing when a patient could see the Dr? Took my mother to this place for some lab work & really disappointed how she was treated in such a short time of being there! Front desk was condescending and the tech seeing my 66 year old mom was sarcastic!
With an appointment we still waited for nearly 2 hrs to be seen. No customer service at all! Treating people like this is never ok!!!
