had an amazing experience with upstate imports. i brought my jaguar f type because it kept leaking coolant out of the coolant reservoir and i didn’t know why it did that. i changed the coolant reservoir multiple times by my self and the issue kept happening. so i decided to take it to them since most of my friend took their cars to them and they were the only reputable shop that had amazing reviews and worked on foreign cars. they figured out the issues and checked the car fully for me. they found out that the coolant cap wa... read more
I sent in a 1991 Volvo 240 to get inspected. They did a thorough job! I couldn’t have asked for more. On top of that, upon seeing my Volvo S60 I was informed at a quick glance I had my own car broken. They guys know what they are doing!
My VW needed a timing service; no small job. Several other shops turned me down flat, but Upstate took the job with confidence. Upstate Imports is the place to go if you want things done right the first time with no worries. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the shop is well-equipped, and their attention to detail and timeliness is unparalleled.
Wow! What good people! We needed a new ignition lock cylinder and the part had to come in from another country. This took time to get, but Tony and Vinny were kind and responsive whenever we called. The car needed to stay on their lot while we waited and they were more than accommodating. The part was successfully installed the second it came in! Thank you for your help, Tony and Vinny.
