I had a very positive experience at the dermatology office. The two girls at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. One of them, Ana, was especially supportive. I had been communicating with her for about a week regarding my insurance referral, and she consistently followed up with me. The staff here were absolutely wonderful. I had some issues with my pcp and the referral I needed from insurance and Ann took care of everything. Lucy and the doctor were so informative and easy to understand. The facility was clean and smelled good. They also offered water, sunscreen samples and had stickers for my son.

Went to the Euless location. Everyone was wonderful. All the staff were very professional and kind. I really enjoyed Anna at the front desk. She was so polite and very helpful. Such a positive attitude. Luz took me back to the exam room. She was sweet and nice as well. Josana was the PA for my consultation. She answered all my questions and explained everything in details. She is very thorough and easy to talk to. Overall I really enjoyed my first visit and will definitely continue to come back for more visits.

The entire staff at this office is absolutely WONDERFUL, especially Ana, who helped and guided me through everything. Dr. Josana Collins is incredibly kind and very professional. Unfortunately, it is hard to find a practice with a great doctor and a friendly staff, but I have undoubtedly found one here.

Beautiful office nice and clean- front desk reception very welcoming. MA was very nice and efficient. My provider was excellent very informative and listened to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed and she was very easy to speak with. I will definitely be back.
