I had a very positive experience at the dermatology office. The two girls at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. One of them, Ana, was especially supportive. I had been communicating with her for about a week regarding my insurance referral, and she consistently followed up with me. She checked on the referral every day and even called to ask if it had arrived. She was very patient and made the whole process much easier for me. I've been to both the Euless office and Arlington office now and I just want to give the loudest shout out to all of the front desk and medical assistants!! They are all SO friendly and understanding!! They really took their time to help and accommodate me when I needed it. Of course, the providers are excellent as well! I wanted to claw off my own skin before seeing them, and now I am able to go back to my normal life comfortably. Thank you for giving me my life back!!
I set up an appointment with them online to have a mole removed. They had availability the following day in the morning. I thought I would be going in just for a consultation but they were able to remove the mole in question, same day, and I was out in 30 minutes. Josana and her team provided a comfortable and welcoming experience from the second I walked through the door. Give these ladies your business. They’re a great crew.
Everyone from front desk staff, techs, and Dr/PA was warm, professional, helpful and patient. They explained everything and helped with anything I wasn’t clear on. The environment was slightly upscaled, still a brand new space. Looking forward to continuing my care here.
