I had my first appointment with Lisa Ostrowski, PA-C yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From check-in to treatment, everything was organized, welcoming, and professional. The office location inside the historic Redlands Hotel in downtown Palestine is absolutely beautiful and creates such a relaxing atmosphere. 10/10 if you want to find dermatologist who cares you, not just a ticket . She is the most caring pro i have come to meet on my skin issues. Felt a true interest in my condition and felt I was cared for in the most professional manner by Lisa and all of her staff. Details were explained throughly and in a language that a layman can understand. A appropriate amount of time was spent with me and not rushed in and out. The office was well kept and clean.
Visiting United Dermatology was an excellent experience. As soon as I entered the office I was greeted by Denise the receptionist who was very helpful. Then I was shown into an exam room by Hannah who came in to get information to set up my file for the doctor. Dr. Lisa came in and went over the reason I was there and also put me at ease by asking a few personal questions and even giving me some of her background information. What a great medical appointment experience. Wonderful staff, the Physician was so personable and kind. We were treated with kindness and patience that I have not experienced in a very long time. I would give them 100 stars if I could!!
