I had my first appointment with Lisa Ostrowski, PA-C yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From check-in to treatment, everything was organized, welcoming, and professional. The office location inside the historic Redlands Hotel in downtown Palestine is absolutely beautiful and creates such a relaxing atmosphere. My experience was great! Lisa was so kind and knowledgeable. She even helped me sort my skin care products according to what I needed and what was actually damaging my skin. I got a comprehensive skin care plan and now I feel like I’m on the path to a healthy complexion!

Hannah provided attentive and compassionate nursing care, and Lisa offered thoughtful, thorough dermatological expertise. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to listen set them apart. Very comfortable appointment. The office was extremely nice and clean. The staff was accommodating, friendly and amazing! Lisa PA is kind, knowledgeable and has a vast knowledge in her field. Great experience all the way around!

What a great medical appointment experience. Wonderful staff, the Physician was so personable and kind. We were treated with kindness and patience that I have not experienced in a very long time. I would give them 100 stars if I could!!
