10/10 if you want to find dermatologist who cares you, not just a ticket . She is the most caring pro i have come to meet on my skin issues. Sooo highly recommend her ...Lisa 2000 times thank you again for you care. I first see her almost 15 years ago in Dallas area , so happy she is now in Palestine, tx, ..staff also so friendly 10+ Sarianne 🌸

What a great medical appointment experience. Wonderful staff, the Physician was so personable and kind. We were treated with kindness and patience that I have not experienced in a very long time. I would give them 100 stars if I could!!

I had the best experience at the office. The overall experience including the location, staff and Lisa Ostrowski was more than 5 stars. Lisa delivers “big city” expert care in a personalized environment. I 100% recommend to anyone in Palestine and would even recommend to anyone looking for top notch dermatologic care outside of the city. She is worth the drive!

Every aspect of our experience was fantastic. Scheduling was easy, check in, and then seeing Lisa. Her staff are kind and friendly. She is very warm and knowledgeable. She made my 13 year old son feel very at ease. We will definitely be back.

UDA in Palestine is such a great office! Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Lisa was fantastic and made me feel so at ease. I am so thankful I found them! I'll be going back to see them from now on and would recommend them to everyone!
