I cancelled my appointment 24 hours and not 48. I get a message today stating I will have a 50.00 charge. Because, I did not give a 48 hour notice. The day prior to that was a Sunday. Was told I would hear from someone shortly. I never received a call, now they are stating someone called me within a hour of my cancelation. I never received any such call. So I will not be back.
Great place! Polite, welcoming staff. Dr. A explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. Actually looking forward to my MOH's surgery as I know I'm in the best hands!
GREAT Experience!!! Employees were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable.... Dr got down to business as soon as he walked in!!! I have 35% hearing loss, they treated me like a human!!! Most places just think you don't understand, they don't realize you can't hear and so called "technology - hearing aids... leave a lot to be desired"....
Not sure why the reviews are so good. This office is very hard to get someone to reach back out to when you have a worsening issue. What I was treated for was getting worse and after having sent SEVERAL photos, chats, calls, and messages I was given a back and forth of "the Dr will get back with you" and then "the Dr is out today so responses may be delayed".
