I truly love this place. It was my first time there and I was spoken to right away, treated very nicely the entire time I was there. And I had create conversations with the staff from the time I walked in, until the time I left. It is a very nice clean facility. And I had a very short wait time. They answered all my questions, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I will definitely recommend. Thank you for my excellent experience.
I went for my first facial appointment and left completely happy with my results. Carmi was very sweet and made me feel super comfortable, she was explaining to me exactly what she was doing to keep me informed! The front office staff was also very sweet, during check-in and during checkout! I already went ahead and scheduled my next appointment and I can’t wait to come back, my skin has never looked better!
From the walking in, to walking out it was a great experience. The front desk was very polite and friendly. The nurse/tech who spoke to me before seeing the doctor was helpful and asked informative questions to make the doctor's visit faster and easier. Dr.Cook was very friendly and informative on my situation. Lastly, with my visit, I did have to get a blood draw (which I hate ) however the phlebotomist, Linda, calmed my nerves and made the blood draw comfortable and easy.
Highly recommend. Everything was great. From the moment I walked in to be checked in until I was called to back! All was phenomenal. The whole staff was friendly as well. Brian. PA-C was amazing, so was Yasmin. Brian, PA-C was even able to schedule a same day procedure for me. Will be my go to dermatologist. Great facility, friendly staff, knowledgeable professionals
Excellent experience. No wait at all with our appointment. Dr Cook was thorough and listened to all of our concerns. His nurse or assistant took great notes for me and I feel like we have a good plan.
