The experience was nothing less than excellent from the moment my appointment began. Each employee was very courteous, welcoming, and provided a personalized experience. The provider listened with intent and included me in the plan of care, offered alternatives, and subsequent visit care. I’m very happy with this practice and endorse their practice with the most highest standard of care.
I had a great experience with Dr. A and his team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and very friendly. Dr. A was incredibly thorough, taking time to explain the procedure and making me feel comfortable and at ease. I knew I was in safe hands. Stacy was very attentive and always seemed genuinely concerned with my comfort level. Skin cancer is not fun or enjoyable, but it’s something that has to be taken care of. Thanks United Dermatology! Amazing service!!! Fast, friendly, and professional. I was in and out so fast, I didn't know what to do with the rest of my day. Also, not super pricey either. Jason Tharpe was amazing, and a huge old school wrestling fan, we could've talked for hours about the 80s and 90s.
Very easy to schedule an appt & did not have to wait long for the appt. The office (Mansfield) was clean & fresh. Front desk staff was friendly. Medical staff were also friendly, took their time & readily answered my questions. They were even running a bit ahead of schedule. My provider, Iman Popal was friendly, knowledgeable & has a great "bedside manner". Would definitely recommend.
This office is ran the right way! Everyone is always so friendly and supportive! Most recent visit today I saw PA Brian, and his MA Devan. Both men had terrific bedside manner and Brian took time to educate me on preventive measures for the future. Checking out I had another friendly experience with Brooklyn. Everyone is great here!
