Absolutely the best place to go. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares about you. Jasmine gives the best hydro facials ++++ And she is the sweetest!! Jenn always greets me by name and has the prettiest smile. She is a beautiful person inside and out. I never feel rushed, I have asked millions of questions and everyone has always been very patient answering. This is the absolute best place to go!!
This is my first visit with United Dermatology Associates. They were recommended to me by a family member and a couple of friends. I was not disappointed. My caregiver today was Jason. He was professional, friendly and very capable while treating me. Overall, the environment In the practice was friendly service with a very professionally run facility. Based upon my experience, I can highly recommend United Dermatology Associates.
I had a very bad experience With this place soon as I walked in the door, Lots of snappy employees. I had a doctors appointment with a surgeon. It was on December 9 which is a Monday. They say they want a 48 hour notice for cancellation I did not cancel. I rescheduled couldn’t do it. 48 hours since it is on a Monday and the weekend is prior to that so I waited as soon as they opened at 8 AM and gave them a call. The appointment was great. The PA that attended to me did an outstanding job. However, they only attended to me after almost 1hr of my appointment time. My time is very important to me and I don't appreciate been kept waiting for such a long time even after getting there earlier than scheduled.
