From check in to check out everything was great! Nice waiting area. Nice staff. Brian Cook took great care in listening to what my skin issues were, setting up surgery, taking care of some irritations and I can't say it was enjoyable in that the treatment is always painful but Brian was very quick and professional. Not dreading my next appointment!!
I was blessed to get an appointment on short notice for my troubling, uncomfortable skin flare up. Jason and all the staff were welcoming, kind and listened to me. Jason was thorough and involved me in the plan of care. I was very impressed and grateful for the treatment I received. I highly recommend this office!
Front desk was very friendly. Kai, the PA’s assistant, was very thorough, efficient, and friendly. David, the PA, was extremely knowledgeable and helped put me at ease for a skin biopsy. Great experience overall!
I highly recommend this dermatologist office. The staff were very professional, friendly and made me feel very comfortable there. The PA I saw, Tiffany, gave me solutions for all of the issues I presented her with and did not push any extra services on me. She went above and beyond and I am feeling way more confident about my skin and skincare plan.
I recently had the opportunity to visit Jason with my girlfriend and her daughter. While we appreciate the time he took to see us, we felt that the consultation was somewhat rushed and that he could have been more thorough in his examination. Overall, our experience was not as positive as we had hoped.
