Alma and I would like to thank Bryan Sawyer for all his help! We have nothing but 5 star ratings for him. His reply time to all our questions was amazingly fast. This was the first time we ever purchased land and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly patient with us. This company listed a property in Bath last week. The first day it was listed my Mom told me and I immediately texted him and told him I was interested in making an offer. I also called. I called his home number that is listed on his website and it is out of service. I got NO call back, NO text back, No response at all and NO way to leave a message that was on his website that had his home number which is NOT in service.
