The Auto Owners representatives of Underwood Insurance provided me excellent service. I called them the day I arrived from Georgia and requested coverage on a home that I was closing on in just a few hours. John, the agent, was thorough and quite diligent in reviewing the property and assessing precisely what I would need to begin coverage. I have always had excellent service from Auto Owners and found their agents knowledgeable and proficient. I would highly recommend the company and this particular agent and agency.
Very helpful from the start. Was looking for a local agency and quotes with multiple companies. I had been with State Farm for years and wanted to see more than one option. Was presented with options, quotes using different deductibles, and cost saving measures. At no point in time did I feel like the agency rep was getting impatient, or like I was being an inconvenience. Charles and his team made it so easy for us to switch our insurances over! He saved us so much money a month all while getting the same coverage we previously had and more! You can tell they want the best for their clients. Very professional and good, Christian people!
Chuck and his team offer great customer service! They offer personalized service and care about helping their clients. I am routinely requesting COI's for my food truck events and they respond quickly! A few times, I've had to email on weekends when they are closed and request last minute certificates, and Chuck goes out of his way to make sure that I receive the COIs that I need to keep my business operating smoothly. I would definitely recommend Chuck and his team!
