Says 24 hours but I called and they said call during business hours
I had a rotator cuff repair on my left shoulder, and I have been using it for 2 months.. I got the ULTRA ICE; ice machine, it’s helped my pain and recovery immensely. I don’t know what I would have done without it.. Ice packs or anything else would never have been able to do the same justice. I also got the ultra beam for my shoulder I use it for 15 minutes, twice a day.. and it has helped me alongside my PT, with my pain.
