Handled all over the phone. they will pick me up at airport,,,then the long cross country drive...All went smooth
The salesman Dave Coan was a very nice guy. He greeted us and as we looked around, he answered our questions the best he could. When we wanted to take a test drive, he gave us the key, put a license plate on and said to take it for a while, even go out to lunch with it if we wanted. We came back looked at a couple more vans, then drove the same one again, made a deal, and we bought it. We came back a week later to pick it up and the van was ready to go. The dealer greeted me almost immediately upon my arrival after making the appointment. He allowed me to have the test drive. He is very open to allow me to look at other equivalent vans. Very Satisfied with his service.
