Joel and everyone at Triple D were amazing to work with. They answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and the entire process — from design to delivery — went smoothly. The truss delivery and crane operator were professional and right on schedule. I’d 100% recommend Triple D and would absolutely work with them again.

If I could rate Triple D Truss higher than 5 stars I would, there is no other way to describe this company besides amazing. There are many things that make them standout from the 21 other lumber yards I requested quotes from. First and most important was customer service right from the start. I found Triple D Truss through a Google maps search for "truss manufacturer" and contacted them through their contact page/email. Customer service is excellent—they do what they say and go out of their way to keep our projects on schedule. Highly recommend them to anyone in the pole building and construction industry.
