I can’t recommend Katy Reeves enough. She represented us through the buying process while we were moving from out of state. She truly went above and beyond throughout the process to virtually show us homes, coordinate with the lender, inspector, title company, and builder. She honestly answered all of our questions and offered assistance throughout the issues we encountered. We are so grateful for her dedication to making our experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Chris and Katy helped us purchase our first investment property and the process went so smoothly! We've bought a handful of houses in the past but this was our first investment deal so I wasn't completely sure about how things worked. They walked me through every step and made sure we got the best deal. Chris came to the walk throughs to make sure we didn't miss anything and also handled most of the communication with the builder's sales agent so there was no stress on me! Definitely recommend!!

Our home buying experience was absolutely amazing! Katy Reeves and her entire team worked diligently to find us our new home. The entire team was just so easy to work with. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The best and happiest experience I’ve ever had trying to find a home for my family. April was the most genuine and down to earth. I felt like I was house hunting with a friend I’ve had forever! I highly recommend and would love to just go look at houses with her for the fun of it. 😂 I’m already recommending her to people at work!
