Great doctor, until my insurance wasn't covered. Now I can't even get my medical records to see a new eye doctor.
Sooo... I get a referral from my doctor to schedule my diabetic eye exam to see TriState Ophthalmology. I received a phone call from them, they tell me to contact the last eye doctor and schedule an appointment with them, if that doesn't work out call them back. If I wanted to see the last one I would have. Why call me to basically refuse my doctor's referral? I guess I will see if my doctor can find a more committed, professional opthalmologist.
