From the moment I entered the office, everyone was friendly and had great attitudes. They all made me feel at ease. Ruth was my hygienist. She was very thorough in explaining what was going to happen and why. She visually showed me what was happening with my teeth and gums. I appreciated that very much. She is very good. I will highly recommend her to others.
The very friendly staff make you feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as you walk in. They show kindness, consideration and also do their jobs with skill. I had a crown and tooth extraction the same day and was extremely pleased with the procedure and easy to follow instructions my dentist, Dr. Chin, gave me. I have been coming here for many years and never had an issue. My hygenist, Elaine, was great. Very caring and always makes my visit very comfortable.
Had an appt. @8am. to see Dr. Wong for an invisalign check. Was seen right on time. Evaluated my progress and explained how my teeth were coming along and what was needed and expected at the next follow up. From Check in to chech out everything was excellant.
