Trew auto repair is an outstanding company! They kept me informed every step of the way. Their repair on my car was excellent. When I picked up my car it looked it looked as good as the day I bought it, inside and out!! Words can't express how much I appreciate all the staffs professionalism. I'll recommend them to everyone I know who needs car repairs.
I came in for an estimate. I was able to get an appointment promptly. (Another local body shop couldn’t give me an appointment for three weeks. They (other body shop) urged me to get estimate on line—which I did. $1700 for replacement and install.) Instead, Trew with prompt face to face estimate told me looks like it can be fixed while I wait. Service guy called in a tech, who fixed it in couple minutes. NO CHARGE! Needless to say, I’m very happy.
They are very knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Great communication! We are very happy with the body work and paint.
The rear door latch wasn't catching automatically on my 2011 RAV4 and was having to manually turn the latch and pray the door would stay shut. I expected I would need an appointment to get this fixed, but Trew Auto Body worked on it as I waited and the door is closing and latching perfectly now! Thank you!!!! The crew was fantastic! Friendly, quick, and skilled!
