Beyond Awesome Service I called Trent Jewelers, seeking to schedule an appointment with their appraiser as I was questioning the value of a piece of jewelry that I purchased from a different jeweler. There's more to this story, but I'll be brief. Rather than just quickly scheduling me with an appraiser, she asked me a bunch of questions about my item AND spoke with her appraiser on staff.
