I had a squamous cell carcinoma removed. I was taken in immediately with no waiting. The surgeon & all her assistants were friendly & & informative. I was given after surgery instructions. This was a pleasant experience & I appreciated the care everyone gave. I highly recommend this entire practice & especially Dr Portella. My original appointment was easy to obtain as was the appointment to have the surgery. I can’t say enough about how good this entire practice is.

Dr Ferrell always takes the extra time to ensure I am comfortable with what we have discussed. She is friendly and professional at all times. I have the utmost confidence in her!

Everyone in the office is super nice and my doctor, Kelsey Ferrell, throughly explained my procedure and her staff made me feel so comfortable throughout my procedure process.

They were very professional and very welcoming. I sat for three or four minutes and then they took me back to the office got me all checked in and then I waited about 5 minutes and then the doctor came in. He did an amazing job and I was very very happy with what he did. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely go back this is my second time.

My hubby and I had back to back appts with Dr Portela and MA Brittany, and the experience with them and their office personnel was nothing short of spectacular! Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient! It was a great experience in our first visit to get established with Treasure Valley Dermatology and Skin Care Center! Many Thanks!
