I'm a long time patient who's had nothing but good experiences up until now. I had a spot on my leg removed a few years back and I've gone in for other things as well. I went in for a skin check and it was subpar. My stomach wasn't checked? Why do I need to ask for it to be taken seriously? I went back in recently for a separate issue and the Dr had the audacity to give her assistant the side eye right in front of me. The Doctor was great, the staff was great! The $75 copay for a 5 minute appointment was not so great. Maybe give your patients a heads up on that before the appointment is made.
We moved to Idaho in September of 2025. My prior dermatologist had done 3 biopsies that all came back as squamous cell cancers. The prior dermatologist had provided me with photos & reports from those biopsies to provide to whomever I selected after move. Based on input from others & from research on internet, I chose Treasure Valley Dermatology to do MOHS surgery on the three cancers. I accidentally drove to the wrong location, and even was late to my appt, but the staff was able to accomodate me! Wow! Thank god because I would have had to start Accutane a month later. Thank you so much guys!
