If you are looking for a dependable company for your cameras these are the people you want to call. For the last four years my work has had a couple of other companies and their service was terrible. In our business the state requires a lot for our camera systems and if they are not up to state specifications the fines start at $7,000 and go up from there. The team at Total Security is fantastic! John listened to what we were looking for in a system and did what was needed to make it happen. Our installers Jeff and Scott were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We experienced some issues with a couple of cameras and they are extremely responsive to get them changed them out. Overall, would highly recommend Total Security!
