​I’ve been with State Farm for 3 years and what keeps me here is the local agent experience. Unlike other companies where you're stuck in an endless AI phone loop, I can actually call Katies office and talk to a real person who knows my history. She recently helped me review my bundle for my home and auto, and we found a few extra discounts I didn't even know I qualified for. It’s rare to find that kind of personal service these days! Highly recommend Katie Crawford for all you insurance needs!

I was in search of new insurance. My agent Susan was the best. Very professional and helpful. She got me the best price and alot cheaper than what I was currently paying. She answered all of my questions and was always available. I would highly recommend her.

I had my first claim the day before Thanksgiving. Wow my State Farm agent responded to me quickly and started my claim rolling. My belief on insurance in your experience is only as good as your agent. Call State Farm in Mt Pleasant and ask for Thelma Demarest. Everyone one I have spoken to in that office has been professional and very helpful.
