I was in search of new insurance. My agent Susan was the best. Very professional and helpful. She got me the best price and alot cheaper than what I was currently paying. She answered all of my questions and was always available. I would highly recommend her.

I had my first claim the day before Thanksgiving. Wow my State Farm agent responded to me quickly and started my claim rolling. My belief on insurance in your experience is only as good as your agent. Call State Farm in Mt Pleasant and ask for Thelma Demarest. Everyone one I have spoken to in that office has been professional and very helpful.

Susan was so helpful. She made adding my renter's insurance to my car insurance seamless. I would recommend dealing with Susan for any of my insurance needs.

Barbara LaValley provided timely and enjoyable communication as we searched a State Farm policy for a new home. Ultimately we went with a different company for premium cost reasons but we recommend contacting her for State Farm needs.
