I would like to COMEND, Thelma Demarest. For her pleasant open professionalism in my hour of need . I'm along time customer who experienced severely mistreated buy her Co worker insulted me .I thought to change carriers, thanks to Mrs. Demarest I'm still on board. Despite how poorly her associate represented the company on my initial phone call. Every time I call with anything I need, from policy changes to general questions, Susan is always pleasant to work with and so are any other staff that I’ve had the pleasure of talking with when I wasn’t able to speak with Susan. Everyone has always been very helpful and efficient. Always so nice and kind and they always get back to me within a timely manner. I had my first claim the day before Thanksgiving. Wow my State Farm agent responded to me quickly and started my claim rolling. My belief on insurance in your experience is only as good as your agent. Call State Farm in Mt Pleasant and ask for Thelma Demarest. Everyone one I have spoken to in that office has been professional and very helpful.
