Every time I call with anything I need, from policy changes to general questions, Susan is always pleasant to work with and so are any other staff that I’ve had the pleasure of talking with when I wasn’t able to speak with Susan. I had my first claim the day before Thanksgiving. Wow my State Farm agent responded to me quickly and started my claim rolling. My belief on insurance in your experience is only as good as your agent. Call State Farm in Mt Pleasant and ask for Thelma Demarest. Everyone one I have spoken to in that office has been professional and very helpful.
