I was in search of new insurance. My agent Susan was the best. Very professional and helpful. She got me the best price and alot cheaper than what I was currently paying. She answered all of my questions and was always available. I would highly recommend her.
I had my first claim the day before Thanksgiving. Wow my State Farm agent responded to me quickly and started my claim rolling. My belief on insurance in your experience is only as good as your agent. Call State Farm in Mt Pleasant and ask for Thelma Demarest. Everyone one I have spoken to in that office has been professional and very helpful.
Have had State Farm for over 20 years several years ago. By chance I contacted Katie and Sarah @ Tony Pope's Branch to see if we could get cheaper coverage on our vehicles which only had liability. Not only could we get Collision on both but we saved $25 per month! We are very happy and also have renters insurance with State Farm. They are amazing!!!
