Second time posting a review on this site. 1st review I kept professional by not attacking Tom personally but calling out the lack of quality and workmanship in his product. Seeing as how Tom lacks integrity and character to simply remove my post without answering or providing a rebuttal, I will unpackaged the entire situation for all to know. Tom is not a good person or builder. He lacks moral compassion and the ability to build homes with for families that want safe, secure and quality buildings to house their families... read more

First, I would like to say that Tom is a decent man dedicated to ensuring customers are taken care of however the issues we have experienced with our build have been life altering. In the initial year, and under warranty, we have had gas leaks endangering our family, home flooding due to improper drainage and swells in landscaping, and as part of a landscape correction, our family dog was able to escape and unfortunately killed by local traffic.
