My son attended all of two weeks, on his first day he came home with a big scab under his chin. There was never an acknowledgment of what occurred, I just know it did not occur on my watch which shows how they try to wipe things under the rug. Secondly, the owner constantly murmured my son and I were dirty. She is nasty and talks about you as soon as you walk away. They are only in the business for the money. I love TLC ! My daughters have water play, cooking, and social/academic learning. The staff are so sweet and cater to my children well. I have no complaints!
TLC learning center is an extraordinary daycare. The school is very clean and the staff is friendly and professional. My son has been attending TLC for quite a while now and he enjoys it. I am pleased with the environment and the way they care for the children. The teachers are very nurturing and they have many years of experience with several credentials/degrees. When I drop my son off, I know he's safe and he's learning while playing and interacting with other children his age.
Not the best experience. Staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming to my child. Not a friendly environment. On most occasions staff won’t speak or greet you upon arrival unless prompted to. The teachers are inappropriate and yell at the children instead of using conscious discipline. The curriculum is not like the typical Montessori curriculum but instead preschool age children are forced to do routine assignment.
