We ordered rock for a dry creek bed that we were installing in our side yard. We ordered grey river rock, blue cobblestone and pea rock. When it was delivered, everything was supposed to be grey…but the river rock was clearly tan. We called and talked to them about it, they told us that it was dusty. We sprayed it down and it was still definitely tan. We called again the following day and they again told us that it was grey and that we could order more rock. About a month ago, I ordered a mixture of top soil and sand to revitalize and level my lawn and told the TimberRock rep. what I planned to do, and he got me set up with a delivery. The initial service and delivery was great. I spread about a 1/4 of the load on to my front lawn. As the soil/sand was a little moist, I did not notice anything weird about it. The price for delivery and 3 ton of rock wasn’t awful. The delivery guy could not follow simple directions. He dumped it in the neighbors driveway so I had to move it at 10 o clock last night when I got done working for the day (At least I thought). I should have been there and that is why there are two stars because I will take some responsibility. 28 wheel barrows and 100 feet later, I got it into the right spot. I will not be back or recommend these services to anyone.
Reasonable prices with an incredible selection. I was really impressed with Eric's help as I figured out how much mulch I needed. Beautiful red "gorilla hair" mulch!
I have done many landscape projects over the years and I've always been wonderfully pleased with the service and product I've received from Timber Rock.
