My experience in this complex was ok. Power went out a few times, but came back on in a few minutes. Had occasional noisy neighbors. But it's reasonably close to campus. I did however loose more of my security deposit then I feel I deserved. I left the place looking as good, if not better than before, but the charged me a lot for "cleaning"
