Customer service was fine. the front desk was always super nice and helpful. However, the doctor didn't explain ANYTHING to me and in general was not very thorough. Pleasant people, not great service.

Dr. Young completed my PRK surgery in February 2018 and it was a wonderful experience. His staff was friendly and did a good job of preparing me for the procedure. The procedure itself was short and without complication with Dr. Young talking me through the process the entire time. My recovery and post surgery experience have been phenomenal. I can’t even remember what it was like to need glasses. I’d highly recommend Dr. Young and his practice to anyone who was interested in vision correction surgery.
Dr. Young is a wonderful man! HOWEVER: NEVER in all my 50+ years have I come across such an INCOMPETENT staff!!!! I was the one who had to FIGHT his stupid assistant just to get my surgery scheduled!!!! Then I get a call from their billing chick, and I had to call my own insurance company to get the billing codes!!! Then after all that, I call on Friday around 2:15pm (surgery was scheduled for the following Monday) and nobody will answer the damn phone!!!!
