Tate was responsive to texts and calls and I was able to schedule time really quickly. He and a member of his team cleaned our A/C unit and added freon to the system in our newly bought house. This was just in time for this 98 degree heatwave week June 2024. System is running colder and blowing harder. Would have liked to know costs and options for future services to have him come back.

This was our 2nd time calling the Tibbitts crew. First was for a water issue from our central air unit, this time it was for the external part of our air conditioner... which of course happened to break during the hottest stretch of the year... in the middle of hosting 3 parties.... when we had guests coming to stay. Both times the Tibbitts team was extremely quick in responding and fast, yet thorough in fixing the issues. We have used Tibbitts Heating and Cooling for some time now. Tate has serviced both our air conditioning unit and our furnace. Tate is very professional, friendly, thorough, responsive, timely and does an excellent job. He takes the time to make sure we understand the problem and the solution(s). He cleans up after himself too!! We have total trust in his company and would (and have) recommend him to everyone!

Tate is awesome. Came in, quickly figured out the problem with my AC and had it fixed within the hour.
