These guys do great work! Tyler one of the sales reps was very welcoming, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this store, and ask for Tyler when you stop in.

We had flooding in our basement this Spring that required some carpet replacement. I went into the store to compare carpet samples and the salesperson said they would have an estimator contact me the next day to schedule a time to come to our home and measure the area. I had to call back 10 days later to ask why I hadn't been contacted. After the estimator came he was supposed to have it written up that night and I would receive a quote in a couple of days. If you are a person that knows nothing about flooring these guys are it. I have a very nervous demeanor when I don't know a thing, these guys (mainly sales guy Todd) made sure I was comfortable with the process. They basically held my hand through this process and I cannot wait for the install. Will update my review once install is complete with photos.
After being let down by another prominent flooring store in Rapid, we moved over to Thortons. Not only did we get a similar product but they installed it a month faster and for much less money. Highly recommend Thortons!
