All the staff provide outstanding service to my mother. I am so thankful and blessed for the wonderful and caring staff! Much of the staff have worked at the Willows for many years. That is a very good indicator of the quality of care the residents receive. Unfortunately so many nursing homes have such a high staff turnover rate. The thing that impresses me the most about The Willows is the fact that they care for each resident who lives there. I visit my grandmother and see how she is treated by the staff. They have all types of activities planned through out the day and she shows me things she made or tells me who came to entertain. In today's society it's hard to get good help and every where I go I see how help wanted signs posted. Yet, this place see's that my grandmother is cared for and I have no complaints. I am indirectly associated with this magnificent and wonderful place. The leadership, staff, and volunteers go above and beyond to show dignity, love, and respect for any one and every one whom they serve and work with daily. The facility is always immaculate and the food outstanding.
