I hired Sidney Wheelan to handle a small estate probate case, but I cannot recommend her for similar cases. While it’s clear she has a lot of clients, which speaks to her reputation, it seems like her caseload may be too much for her to manage effectively. Important items were not filed on time, despite me providing the necessary documents promptly. Even the probate division pointed out that the initial petition wasn’t submitted correctly.
