This service was HORRIBLE. The fries were COLD. The onion rings were NOT fully cooked. I bit into one and batter was EVERYWHERE. Pics attached! They rush making your food & for what???? Never again!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! NO ONE WEARS GLOVES WHILE PREPARING FOOD
Completely disgusted. I been ordering here for years and spend atleast $100 every time. To be sent this is beyond tragic. I had a rib and chicken combo nothing was barbecued and ribs were burnt. Since i ordered thru UBER only they can handle it.😡 Patio cooked the food not UBER😡
Mammoth menu! Love their ambience, it’s a huge indoor patio. The food is good but could be warmer. We got the Lemon Chicken Orzo soup, Jambalaya Chicken Kabob, Pulled turkey Sandwich and also tried Cajun Garlic Shrimp appetizers.
Walked in and was greeted by the menu on the wall, which was very helpful. After we figured out what we wanted we got helped immediately, then got our drinks and found a seat. With 10 minutes the salads were out and a minute later the food followed. Chicago style chillie dog, onion rings, Cesar house salads, and chicken araganato. Chillie was good but could've used more flavor and chicken was perfect!
There have been multiple occasions where food I ordered is missing when I get home. On my last visit, I checked my bag before leaving and they didn't give me half of my order. I went in to check for the rest and they asked me if I made sure to check through all the bags. They wanted to take a look themselves. They thumbed through all of the food I brought back in to check that two hotdogs and a pulled pork weren't hiding in my soup or something.
