I recently dined at The Patio, and I must say, the food was outstanding! We ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and the Smoked Brisket Burger, both of which were incredibly flavorful. The burger, topped with Sliced Beef Brisket, Pepper Jack Cheese, BBQ Sauce, Onion Rings, and a Pickle Spear, was a delightful combination of smoky and savory flavors. The food is tasty at reasonable prices. The service is quick. The manager is doing a great job on hiring because everyone is working hard and doing a great job. The employees are also friendly. I have never had a meal there I didn't like. The restaurant is very clean. I got a Caribbean salad one time that was delicious and the next time loved it so much I got it again.
The ribs are always fantastic! I found the mac and cheese mushy and overcooked. We also ordered cake. They used to cut it as you order but it was presliced and it was quite dry. The kids loved it though. The manager took our order, checked in on us halfway through our meal and when I went to ask a bag he asked how everything was. I told him about the mac and cheese and cake and he thanked me genuinely for my feedback. He said the only way we can get better is if people tell us. Been going here for years but recently, serious drop off in quality and service. Missing items in the last 4 orders to-go and today was a rotten corn on the cob served. $30-50 of missing or spoiled food over a few visits. its costs enough and you wait long enough to get it and then it’s missing from the bag or not edible.
First time visiting this location, I decided to try something different from my typical fish tacos, which I really enjoy. I tried the pulled pork sandwich....it was ok. Not terrible by any means, but nothing that makes it stand out either. I got fries cause on the giant menus by the door it shows waffle fries, unfortunately that isn't what they have as their fries so it's kinda misleading in that aspect. I typically don't order fries.
