Absolutely love this clinic! I am very grateful for the services offered by The Nest Health. The services, support and care offered by the clinic is wonderful and they really helped me during my pregnancy and postpartum. During my second pregnancy I made an effort to prioritize spending extra time with my first child prior to the arrival of baby #2. I had decided to book my prenatal massage visits jointly with my daughter's pediatric massages with RMT Dali. The bond this had for my daughter and I was very special. I’ve been coming to the Nest Health for prenatal massages to give me more peace of mind with this type of treatments, as they specialize in everything to do with pregnancy and maternity. The staff is always welcoming and the treatments are super relaxing. They know what they’re doing for sure! I look forward to continuing my journey with them after my pregnancy as well.
About 4 months after having c section, and trying to get back into the swing of things, I began feeling like my body and muscles specifically in my abdomen were disconnected. Today was my first time at The Nest Health in Vaughan. I had a 90 minute massage therapy session with Kayla. Kayla was excellent, and ensured I was comfortable throughout my treatment asking if the pressure was okay. I've already booked my follow up session with her. The clinic is clean and welcoming. I look forward to going back.
