I’ve had such a great experience with Kayla for massage! I go every month for my “mama me time” and always come out feeling great and relaxed and that lasts for days afterwards! The atmosphere is perfect too - great instrumental music, warm and soft lighting. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Aparna enough! I have seen her for both of my postpartum recoveries. After having my 2nd baby this year, I faced several challenges, including lower back pain & pelvic floor weakness. Dr. Daniela Arciero was simply amazing! She was professional, personable and very caring. She took her time with my baby’s appointment and made sure I was well informed of what to expect during the visit. Highly recommend!
I've been seeing Aparna for pelvic floor physiotherapy postpartum since January, and now that I've 'graduated' from the recovery program, I genuinely feel a bit sad that I won't be visiting the Nest anymore. Aparna is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and created such a comfortable, welcoming environment throughout my treatment. Her expertise and care have made a real difference in my physical (and mental!) recovery, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of pelvic floor therapy.
