I’ve had such a great experience with Kayla for massage! I go every month for my “mama me time” and always come out feeling great and relaxed and that lasts for days afterwards! The atmosphere is perfect too - great instrumental music, warm and soft lighting. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Aparna enough! I have seen her for both of my postpartum recoveries. After having my 2nd baby this year, I faced several challenges, including lower back pain & pelvic floor weakness. I've been seeing Aparna for pelvic floor physiotherapy postpartum since January, and now that I've 'graduated' from the recovery program, I genuinely feel a bit sad that I won't be visiting the Nest anymore. Aparna is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and created such a comfortable, welcoming environment throughout my treatment. Her expertise and care have made a real difference in my physical (and mental!) recovery, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of pelvic floor therapy.
