I had a great experience at The Nest Health for prenatal chiropractic care and pelvic floor physiotherapy. Daniela and Aparna were both amazing to work with and very knowledgeable. My sessions with Aparna for pelvic floor physiotherapy were especially helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and helped me feel prepared for birth and postpartum recovery. I never felt rushed. Amazing! Aparna supported me throughout my pregnancy with regular pelvic floor therapy appointments, and I truly believe that the work we did together — along with the stretches she recommended at home — played a huge role in my successful delivery and smooth postpartum recovery. She is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. On top of that, she has such a sweet, warm, and caring presence that made me feel completely supported every step of the way.
