I want to recommend Mr. Frazier and his team for anyone looking for home insurance. Especially if one has been cancelled for having the audacity to move in a forested neighborhood. There hasn't been an wildfire here, since it was settled over 100 years ago. I contacted The Frazier Insurance Team through their website because I received a non-renewal notice from my homeowner's insurance policy. This is some of California's darkest times to be a home owner. Everything is just so hard and expensive, especially when it comes to Home Insurance. It’s not easy when you get that cancellation letter from the insurance company when they decide they don’t want to cover high fire risk areas. Lucky us. Anna was masterful in helping me feel comfortable about new options and offered extremely competitive pricing. She is attentive, diligent, and she cares.
