I never once got to speak to Josh fink only his paralegal they never briefed me on the case they never answered any of my specific questions and he didn't even show up for court because he claimed he had covid the case was pretty open and shut and I probably didn't even need a lawyer but I shelled out 2K for him I'm only granting him two stars because my charges were dropped when I entered the courtroom maybe that was the result of his feeble paralegal showing up but idk
Josh Fink and his team were amazing to work with and his staff really know their industry, response times were always appropriate, Josh Finks staff was friendly, non judging, and informative. I would highly recommend Josh Fink and his team if you find yourself in need of their services. Josh Fink was great with his consultation, he gave me best and worst case scenarios and that helped me prepare myself. He is worth every penny!!! A huge Thank you to the Law Office of Josh Fink!!!
Josh Fink really came through for me. Right from the beginning he helped me understand my rights and the process that I was going to experience. Josh was dependable, professional, and knowledgeable. I have made several referrals to Josh and his team.
He's alright, got the job done never got all of my personal belongings back from evidence but did get a good outcome on my case with the help of the victim in my case pushing for the least damaging charge for my record. Honestly was hoping he would be there when I remanded back to jail but he also had just sent his assistant instead. Definitely is less expensive then some of these lawyers here in town but still expensive as no decent lawyer will be cheap on your pockets especially when your freedom is at risk. Worst experience ever! I have never even seen Josh's face! He demanded $5000 in cash immediately. He never showed up in court and his paralegal dealt with my sentencing which was 7 years probation on top of over $5000 in fines not to mention fees. He never showed up for meetings and gave me advice from F Street Bar!! Do not go w this joke of an attorney.
