Wanted to let you know that our new roof was installed today! **** was present at the completion of the project and assisted us in a turn key operation. He facilitated all matters with our insurance company in what could have been very nerve-wracking situation had we done it ourselves. ageed to do project.never set date.never arrived.i texted but received no response. it was several weeks from firsta visit, then again for a second visit when he brought his roof person. he took pictures, told me what i needed, said he would also fix the front door - was included in my asking for a quote - as well as put something on the chimney. Said it was getting into the busy season so i knew i should ot wait to long to have it done. never got a quote.
I had a leak in my garage roof that caused a lot of water to go into the garage door motor. I had to ***lace it and it cost me $495. I submitted a review on a different site, as I couldnt my get hold of the owner. He responded saying that he was on vacation over the Holidays and sent his email address asking me to send him the best way to communicate with me( his *** had my phone number since the issue took place). Despite a last-minute employee family emergency, our technician Extin was onsite December 22, performed a leak investigation, and completed an adjustment and sealing of the roof-to-wall step flashing area. That work was not part of the original insurance scope, yet it was completed at no charge as a courtesy. To be clear, I am not a customer of **********************. I used to work there and here is my honest review of them and the work that they do. Throughout my time there I brought in a lot of roofs for them. At first, everything was fine but, as I brought in more and more business the cracks began to show. Workmanship on some jobs was outright horrible and on top of that you have an owner that will promise something and never follow through.
