I walked in for a root touch up at 10 am and Melissa dedicated her entire day to saving my hair. She did not take one other appointment and stayed open - even later than close to work on my hair. Salon is very clean and very nice vibes. I booked an appointment via Facebook messenger for a hair cut. First time at this salon, everyone was very friendly but my hairstylist definitely did not know what she was doing. I think her name was Hannah. I asked for about 2-3 inches cut off my hair, wispy bangs with face framing and long layers. I should have realized something was wrong when my stylist was still cutting my hair an hour and a half later. Keira thinned and brought my layers up. My hair is butchered, literally butchered! This is the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life. I am embarrassed to leave my house!
The hairdressers are friendly and supportive of one another and all customers walking in the door. Amy does my hair regularly, and she is great at what she does! I definitely recommend everyone checking this place out!
All of the ladies are pleasant and friendly. Katey does my hair, she's very patient because I have a LOT of hair and I always receive many compliments on it.
