I walked in for a root touch up at 10 am and Melissa dedicated her entire day to saving my hair. She did not take one other appointment and stayed open - even later than close to work on my hair. As a woman with very thick, curly hair, I have always been rushed in other salons, however Melissa was extremely kind, very talented and took the time needed to resurrect my hair. I called on Sat to get my hair cut. They had an opening. As I was getting my hair cut. I asked if they had time squeeze my son in, because he had pictures that day the lady said yes. Well I told the lady who was cutting my son's hair to please leave the front longer. She cut it so short. Then after it dried when we got home and it no longer had the styling gel or what ever she used on it. His hair is so choppy. It looks so bad. Salon is very clean and very nice vibes. I booked an appointment via Facebook messenger for a hair cut. First time at this salon, everyone was very friendly but my hairstylist definitely did not know what she was doing. I think her name was Hannah. I asked for about 2-3 inches cut off my hair, wispy bangs with face framing and long layers. I should have realized something was wrong when my stylist was still cutting my hair an hour and a half later. My hair was a hot mess.. I was so discouraged and Heidi and Krystal saved the day!!! They were able to redo my color and hooked me up with extensions! They completely transformed my hair and gave me exactly what I wanted! Thank you girls youre the best!!!
My wife went here to get her hair and makeup done for our wedding. She paid $140, but got $40 worth of quality. The staff was rude and evasive. They also lied to her by saying a person would be there, but she was actually out sick for the day. All my wife wanted was to feel pretty for her wedding day, and she did not at all. 0 out of 10. Very poor show. Would never recommend to anybody.
