The Fairways is a unique location and an excellent company to deal with. The rental agent was friendly and welcoming and was a pleasure to meet. I have visited several times and it is a high quality community. I am looking forward to moving there.

We have lived at the Fairways since they were built almost 10 years now. Unfortunately my husband passed away this year and I moved in with family. Our plans were to live here a lot longer, but it wasn’t ment to be.. We have loved living at the Fairways. The residents are so friendly and kind, office staff is top notch, the maintenance team is by far The best. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. This is a great place to live. I miss the wonderful neighbors we had. Thank you.

We love living in The Fairways. Neighbors are fantastic. We participate in a lot of gatherings and clubs. Love our patio apartment. The Holiday party this year was so much fun. No plans on moving anytime soon,

Excellent administration personnel who react to our needs promptly. Very nice community center with exercise room. Apartments are well designed, 3 hole golf course is super addition to amenities, and buildings are solid. Lawn and garden maintenance could use improvement !!! And everyone wants and needs more storage space but that is the challenge of downsizing. Love the living conditions and area Terry and Lois Dobbins.

I absolutely love living at the Fairways At Lancaster! The apartments are truly lovely and the amenities are fantastic. First floor living at its best. Maintenance-free is real. Having garage is icing on the cake! I’ve never been so happy with my living arrangements!
