ABSOLUTELY 5 STARS!! The atmosphere is amazing, staff is AMAZING!! And I LOVE my new glasses ❤️!! Also first time contacts wearer and they took ALL the time to make sure I left confident with putting in and taking out. I would recommend this practice 100 times over
It's been close to a decade since I got new glasses somewhere other than one of those online retailers. The wonderful ladies at this location were incredible from start to finish. Laura helped get me fitted, walked me through all of my options, and worked with her connections to get me situated with the right option for me. I picked up my new glasses yesterday and I am absolutely in love with them. No more online retailers for me! Thank you Eyeglass Place of Ellington!
From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed! Laura really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and helped me pick out a pair of glasses that I absolutely love! The glasses themselves are expertly made with high-quality lenses. Best pair of glasses I've had since I started wearing them 6 yrs ago. The whole experience was so seamless, exceptional from start to finish. You can tell they love what they do and really care about their customers! That kind of service is so rare these days!
Absolutely amazing experience. Went to get fitted for a pair of range/safety prescription glasses by Karen, bringing with my only my optometrist’s Rx. The location is at the north end of a large strip mall. Inside is a large space that’s warmly decorated and inviting; I’m sure it could double as a holiday ornament and hot chocolate shop when the season changes.
