Excellent care. We came in for an emergency visit for my son who was experiencing periods of his vision being blacked out, and everyone there was so helpful. The doctor was very thorough and did not rush the appointment. We paid out of pocket because they don’t take our insurance, but it was definitely worth it.

Paid over 400 dollars for my glasses. I was told they would arrive in 2 weeks. Its 2 days passed the 2 weeks and no one knows where my glasses are. Took the day off work to pick them up when they were supposed to be in. Now who knows. They don't. Update: was supposed to be the 2nd. Then the 3rd. Then the 5th. Now the 9th. Wonder if this is how all customers are treated. Update update. Its now the 11th of March. Ordered and paid for on February 16th. Was told 2 weeks for the order. It is going on 3 and a half weeks. Great experience! The front staff was friendly, as well as Lilyah who was an amazing assistant, the doctor was thorough, and my appointment was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

From the initial phone call to each time we've been in the office we have felt welcomed. The staff at the Eye Site in Roswell has been fantastic. The doctor finally was able to answer an issue I had with my eyes and we couldn't be happening with their service.
