You have to make an appointment at The Eye Site. The service fee is a little higher, but it is worth it. The doctor at The Eye Site is very thorough with his examination and very knowledgeable. The Eye Site is like the Rolls-Royce under optometrists, but not that expensive. So if you're looking for excellent eye care, I recommend The Eye Site.😍
Everyone was not only professional but also extremely nice with great customer service! I especially appreciated Tony taking the time to explain the differences in insurance after my appointment and helping pick out my new lens. I specifically wanted blue light lenses (because of my constant screen use in work/school), and he helped me out. I was a little uncomfortable when he had someone hovering over him.
We love the amazing patient care we receive from Eyesite Roswell. Dr. Franz and his staff are professional, courteous and very attentive. They are patient and go above and beyond what is required to make sure that their patients are well taken care of. We recommend them highly for anyone needing professional courteous care!
It cost MUCH more than expected and the lenses I received were were absolutely awful. But I was seen promptly and everyone in the office was wonderful and professional. But I will NOT recommend The Eye Site to anyone I know.
Paid over 400 dollars for my glasses. I was told they would arrive in 2 weeks. Its 2 days passed the 2 weeks and no one knows where my glasses are. Took the day off work to pick them up when they were supposed to be in. Now who knows. They don't. Update: was supposed to be the 2nd. Then the 3rd. Then the 5th. Now the 9th.
