Great staff! Beautiful remodel. A large selection of glasses options & price range. There were empty spots on the display cases so I can only imagine they will be getting even more of a selection. I did not use insurance, and they were upfront with the price ahead of time. Very pleased! The technology used was pretty impressive, granted I haven’t been to the eye doctor in 5 years or so! I haven’t been for an exam in years but as sometimes crap happens I broke my glasses and needed a new pair. To do that I had to get an updated exam however. Not only were they friendly, polite and professional but they were also upfront with pricing. They got me in right away which honestly I was dreading because calling around it seemed like other places were not taking new patients or had extended wait times. Awesome experience. Staff was very friendly and service was speedy. Didn’t wait too long after checking in to be helped. I switched to contacts for the first time and they were very patient and helpful with helping me get them on and taking them off. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I also didn’t have insurance so I was worried about the total cost would be for everything but it was not bad at all from what I was expecting. First time here and I gotta say I thought it was a good place to go. Doctor and staff were nice. Doctor did checkup, explained everything and ask questions. Optician's was very friendly and helpful in helping me choose the right frames for me. I hope this place stays in Roswell.
staff were very friendly and helpful I definitely will recommend! The doctors were great. However, I'm changing my review to one star because I confirmed with them that they took my insurance that I'm fully covered. However, they called me up to do their job for them and asked me to pay with my insurance. Will cover is insulting.
