When we purchased our home in December, the driveway was little more than a worn-down single dirt track, nearly impossible to clean off snow with a snow blower The new driveway is such an improvement - wide enough to park two vehicles. The customer service from start to finish was truly outstanding. Matt was very transparent about costs and steps to be taken, and his portal system and notifications made it easy to stay informed every step of the way. If I could give this business 10 stars I would.
TCC did an excellent job on my relatively large driveway. The final result was perfect. Everyone was professional, responsive and easy to work with. They solved problems with their work that I wasn't expecting. For example the concrete pad of my garage is not level, and the driveway was installed to meet/mitigate this issue with the overall grade still sloping in the right direction. Overall, the end product was better than I expected and everyone involved was top-notch.
Matt has done five different jobs for us now. Very personable, very professional. People stop by all the time to compliment us on our driveway and front steps. In addition to that, he helped us set our American flag pole and poured another slab so that we could put our American eagle on it. All of our neighbors were very impressed. We would highly recommend Matt and his company over and over again. They do fantastic work!
Matt was great to work with and had timely communication with my project. He lifted the corner of my garage floor before his team removed the existing concrete apron and poured a whole new driveway for me. Everyone involved was pleasant to work with and I love how it all turned out!
We were very happy to work with The Concrete Company on new concrete to replace our failing gravel driveway. Matt was very responsive and communicated regularly throughout the process, and the crew did quality, efficient work with almost no mess.
