The Computer Connection are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I utilize their monthly service plan that I have benefited from and it provides me a piece of mind knowing that if anything happens or I get a virus, they are there to clean it up. I believe the tech to be knoelagable. But they do what they can to jack up prices. I had them come fix my computer that should still be under warrenty beings I bought the computer fom them a month earlier. They fixed the computer and cherged me a lot of money, but then I had to call them back to fix my printer. The tech should have known to check that at the same time but he didn't, and I believe it was done on purpose to charge me a lot more money again on something that should be under warrenty and should have been fixed o... read more

Extremely knowledgable and helpful. Excellent service. This is probably the best computer repair place l’ve used. Took time to help me, an elderly non-computer person, understand and explore the options for my computer issues.
