I had spent hours and hours online with HP Support trying to get my new HP Printer interfaced with my Laptop and seriously was a terrible experience. I brought my laptop and printer into Jake and he had it up and running in 10 minutes. He even went so far as to install the best malware program for me and anytime I ever have technical issues I absolutely know where to go from now on! Thank you Jake!

I believe the tech to be knoelagable. But they do what they can to jack up prices. I had them come fix my computer that should still be under warrenty beings I bought the computer fom them a month earlier. They fixed the computer and cherged me a lot of money, but then I had to call them back to fix my printer. The tech should have known to check that at the same time but he didn't, and I believe it was done on purpose to charge me a lot more money again on something that should be under warrenty and should have been fixed o... read more

The Computer Connection are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I utilize their monthly service plan that I have benefited from and it provides me a piece of mind knowing that if anything happens or I get a virus, they are there to clean it up.
