They are exceptional at fitting in our sick kiddos anytime we need them. Always able to get a same day appt, and most times within an hour or two of calling them. Morgan took care of us today and she’s always so kind and patient. She put my son right at ease despite him not feeling well. Thank you for providing great healthcare!
The doctors are wonderful here. It’s the billing and side desk lady that truly need to be fired from the children’s group. The side desk lady interrupted me, argued with me and kept telling me I had to pay when I know I paid my co pay the last time. Then the billing lady comes out and tells me how horrible my insurance is and that I will be paying so much more in the new year and this is loud and in front of multiple people for all to hear. Absolutely love this pediatrics office. Dr. Casey McLeod is AHHHHMAZING! Dr. Bunnell and Dr. Patel are absolutely AMAZING physicians, as well. I know my daughter is in the best care with them. The nurses, and the front desk ladies are absolutely wonderful. I never feel judged, and all of our concerns are taken seriously. The way they treat my daughter is so heart warming as well. I cannot thank you all enough for the care you provide us.
Everyone at this practice is awesome. They take their time with my children, listen , and make sure nothing is missed. My children have been going through a lot and Dr. Burnell never gives up. She just keeps trying and keeps trying. Thank you so much for everything you do
This is out of our city limits but worth the 45 minute drive. The doctors are wonderful! We have seen two out of their three doctors staff members and their very thorough. My boys enjoying seeing them and the times that I had forgotten to ask whatever questions I had they are more then willing to come back to the patient room and answer them. Great receptionist, nurses show patience, wait time is a bit long but worth it! Five stars experience in my visits!
