My apartments is fantastic. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

I love living here! It’s been almost 3 years! The staff is so friendly, the grounds are impeccable,. They take pride in this community. Neighbors are always friendly, and hardly any noise comes into our apartment. I look forward to living here a long time

Brandon and Stevie are by far the easiest people to work with during my move into my first apartment! So far the Carlton of Fort Myers is a beautiful place to live I can’t wait to explore the amenities!😁
Amazing staff and leadership which made for an easy move in process
Customer service is great, very responsive. The "new" apartment is low grade materials with low grade craftsmanship making the unit look cheap and "slapped together". We moved in with missing furnishings (shower curtains and handles falling off doors. Disappointed is an understatement.
