Julian was extremely knowledgeable. We showed up 10 minutes before closing so we were unable to view the apartments but he showed us the virtual and room layouts. Provided us detailed information about the property and specials. We have a unique situation and he was very patient with answering our questions. He may have helped make our decision much easier. Beautiful and well maintained. The square footage and pricing is the best in the area.
This was a great apartment! Clean, safe, and fast maintenance. The management is super nice and I never had any problems!! Also just did the basic cleaning and vacuuming before I left and I got my entire security deposit back! They said you should get your whole deposit back mine left over water bill as long as there's no major damage! Was there for 2 years! Truly great place!!
A girl shot a man trying to get into her apartment. And now that poor innocent girl is getting served with a 7 day notice. other reviews will show the news link of that. called and a man told me that no matter what if a gun goes off then it’s an automatic eviction. because of this in the lease. Showed up a little last minute and unscheduled but Jullian was ready for us as soon as we walked in the door with a big smile on his face. Couldn’t see an apartment due to timing but showed us the virtual and lay outs. Did very well in explaining everything and giving us good tips. Apartment are about 5 years old looks brand new 10 outta 10 recommend. Thank you Jullian !!
Overall, I would not recommend this community to others. For the most part, they keep up with the community grounds. Under previous management, there used to be a lot more advance communication when it came to pressure washing and mandatory inspections. Currently, it is hit or miss when they actually tell you when pressure washing will be done or wait last minute to tell you about mandatory inspections.
